What Time Does the Gala Start?
The gates open at 12.30pm
How easy is it to park?
Parking is available close to the Gala ground for a small fee. Please note that this in addition to the (voluntary) entry fee.
Do you have food and drink available?
The ever-popular tea room will be open, with a great range of homemade cakes, biscuits and drinks. There will also be soft drinks for sale on the field along with freshly cooked Hot Dogs.
Will there be any hot food?
Bev & Gill, Gordon & Sandra will be selling their freshly cooked Hot Dogs as usual, using Jacksons of Cracoe sausages. Supply will be limited and when they're gone, they're gone SO GET YOURS EARLY to avoid disappointment!
What happens to the money raised?
All the monies raised, after payment of Gala expenses, go towards the upkeep of the Buckden Village Institute (also known as the Township Hall) which dates from 1912.
